DIM occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and Brussels sprouts, while CDG can be found in various foods. This supplement provides a convenient dosage in a daily capsule. Ingredients:Calcium (as Calcium D-Glucarate), Calcium D-Glucarate (CDG), Proprietary Diindolylmethane Complex (Starch, 25% Diindolylmethane, Tocophersolan, Phosphatidyl , Silica), capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
