Jarrow Formulas B-Right® (100 vegetarian capsules) is an optimized B-complex with biologically available forms of the B vitamins B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantethine), B6 (P-5-P), B12 (methylcobalamin), and B9 (methylfolate). These B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism, support energy levels, and are important for energy metabolism. Additionally, biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin. This formula is gluten-free, vegan, and non-GMO.Ingredients:Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Nicotinic Acid, Pyridoxine HCl, Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate, (6S)-5-MTHF (from (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate Glucosamine Salt), Methylcobalamin, d-Biotin, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Bitartrate, Pantethine, Inositol.
