Hvor ofte skal man bruge shampoo og balsam?
Det afhænger af din hårtype. Normalt til fedtet hår kan vaskes hver dag eller hver anden dag, mens tørt eller krøllet hår ofte kun skal vaskes 1-2 gange om ugen for at bevare naturlige olier. Balsam kan bruges ved hver vask, men fokuser på midten og spidserne af håret, ikke hårbunden. Overlæg kan gøre håret tungt.
Hvad er forskellen på sulfatfri og almindelig shampoo?
Sulfater (især SLS og SLES) er kraftige rensemidler, der skummer godt men kan tørre håret ud og fjerne naturlige olier. Sulfatfri shampoo bruger mildere rensemidler og er bedre til tørt, farvet eller kemisk behandlet hår. De skummer mindre men renser stadig effektivt og bevarer mere fugt i håret.
Skal shampoo og balsam være fra samme serie?
Det er ikke nødvendigt, men produkter fra samme serie er formuleret til at arbejde sammen og giver ofte bedre resultater.
