Men Eline viser sig at være en yderst handlekraftig kvinde og ikke lige til at bide skeer med! Vaim er et usædvanligt trekantsdrama om passive mænd og en kvinde der forstår at indrette verden efter sit eget hoved. Fortællingen er med sit lille persongalleri og rolige, musikalske sprog umiskendeligt Fosse, men anderledes underfundig end hovedværket Septologien. Jon Fosse modtog i 2023 Nobelprisen i litteratur.
