Many measures from planting, water saving measures, water storage and erosion considerations have been ingrained since the author grew up on a South Australian farm. The thought process moved onto the health of the soil, insects and fungus. The book brings us to 2024, the climate changing rapidly and human health on the decline. The overuse of chemical as we know is reducing nutrition in our food and lining our bodies with chemical. The author has provided 20 easy steps to take so your produce and soils benefit. The information provided has been in use on the authors farm for over 4 years. A lot of large broadacre farmers may believe these steps are difficult and costly. Their biggest fear is change and yield reduction. You will find the 20 easy steps are very easy and simple to implement. They will also enhance some chemicals while reducing the amounts of chemicals. If the book can't convince the farmer to give up all chemicals, then it's still a bonus to reduce chemicals by 25%. By adding certain liquids and granules you can buffer chemical use.
