More than 200 names listed in the book did not appear in Epstein's later address book. Prominent names include Morgan Fairchild, Suzanne Ircha, Carl Icahn, John A. Catsimatidis, Sandy Warner, and Martin Peretz. This address book was only made public when an NYC musician was walking down Fifth Avenue in the mid-'90s, spotted an address book on the ground, and picked it up out of curiosity.
