"Chapter House Dune" is the sixth and final novel in Frank Herbert's bestselling Dune Chronicles, a direct follow-up to Heretics of Dune. The planet Dune has been destroyed by The Honoured Matres. The Bene Geeserit sisterhood still have their undiscovered home world, Chapter House, breeding sandworms to control the production of the spice melange. Anderson published two sequels in 2006 (Hunters of Dune) and 2007 (Sandworms of Dune) partly based on Frank Herbert's own notes of the next book in the series referred to as "Dune 7”.
