An Islamic Perspective on Management

He emphasized the importance of prioritizing critical matters without neglecting minor ones, comparing this balance to managing a river's flow to avoid overflow. He highlighted the need for effective delegation, daily planning and review, rewarding good work, and consulting advisors for well-considered decisions, as well as the importance of disciplining negligence.
