Bruce Lee had written the majority of "The Tao of Gung Fu" prior to his death. In it, he gives a thorough examination of martial arts and self defence techniques, and of Eastern and Western approaches to fitness. Of especial interest is a collection of anecdotes on the histories and traditions of the various martial arts of China. The manuscript was finally completed by martial arts expert John Little in co-operation with the Bruce Lee Estate.
