The Body Positive Colouring Book (for adults) contains a collection of over 50 colouring pages which feature beautiful plus-sized bodies, positive affirmations and quotes, to help improve your body image and encourage you to love yourself. A word from the artist... A huge part of my own personal healing process involved art. Drawing and painting plus-sized bodies helped open my eyes to their beautiful softness, strength and glory. It showed me that the whole concept of 'beauty' is entirely subjective-and if it was subjective, then onlyIcould decide what was beautiful. I created this colouring book so that others could broaden their own concept of beauty, and benefit from this same healing experience. As you work your way through these pages, be mindful of every curve and fold, admire the sumptuous softness of the bodies, and regard the serenity of the facial expressions. You could perhaps even draw in extra details; stretch marks, blemishes, wrinkles, and scars... These are the so called 'imperfections' which tell our life stories, and if you can teach yourself to find them beautiful,then that's what they will become. Dictate your own beauty standards. Each colouring page is printed on the right side only, left side pages are left blank to prevent colour bleed through.
