The single malt whisky consists of triple distilled whisky made by former master distiller Henrik Brinks at the iconic building “Bryggergården” where the distillery was founded and together with the double distilled whisky made by the current master distiller Lasse Öznek at our current home close to the centre of Copenhagen; these bottles symbolize the outcome of 7 years of hard work to produce a unique experience of Danish single malt whisky.
