Beautiful oil lamp in brass from Klong. Recommended functional height of the wick is 2-3 mm. Use only high-quality lamp oil such as Kemtyl or Nitor. Fill the container with max. 200 mm oil. If the lamp is overfilled, it will not work due to a vacuum. If the wick is not properly soaked in oil, the wick will not burn. A dry wick that burns damages and prevents the lamp from working properly. If you happen to get lamp oil on your clothes, change and wash the garment as it can become extra sensitive to fire. Make sure that neither the container nor the surface is damp, as the metal can cause marks. The lamp is intended for indoor use.
