This is a fictional story that exposes a shameful part of Australia's history from the 1890's to the 1990's. It is a tragic love story between two generations of young people, both at each end of this story. When privileged young white European men fall in love with women of Aboriginal origin within this timeframe, it usually comes with many external and internal problems. It is a fictional story, but it could have happened. It probably did! But, such was the stigma that until very recent times it would have always remained buried deep within the past. This is a tragic and brutal story that starts with the harsh treatment of an Aboriginal woman in the late 19th century! By the late 20th century not a lot had changed. Love knows no boundaries, and youth has no fear! And thank God for that as the lovers tear down walls and barriers! They drive change!
