Dracula Fitness is a structured training system. It is divided into seven rituals. Each ritual focuses on a specific outcome. The system uses bodyweight only. No gym and no equipment. Ritual I focuses on breathing and posture. The goal is to calm the nervous system and prepare the body. The exercises include belly breathing, simple holds, and shoulder resets. Ritual II builds upper body strength. The exercises include push ups, dips, rows, and plank taps. Each is done for sets and reps that increase control, muscle strength, and joint stability. Ritual III trains the lower body. The movements include squats, lunges, glute bridges, and wall sits. These develop leg power, balance, and endurance. Ritual IV targets the core. It uses planks, rotational twists, crawls, burpees, and hollow body holds. These movements train stability, rotational control, and total body endurance. Ritual V addresses flexibility. Stretches include forward folds, pigeon pose, downward dog, and warrior stance. The goal is to reduce stiffness and improve joint range. Ritual VI is conditioning. The circuit includes jumping jacks, mountain climbers, high knees, broad jumps, and sprints in place. Work is set to timed intervals with short rests. This improves cardiovascular function and anaerobic power. Ritual VII is recovery. Movements include child's pose, cat cow, and focused breathing. These improve recovery speed and lower stress levels. The program is completed three times a week. Each session lasts between 10 and 30 minutes.
