Sara Raymond og Leah Rs Braun You Are Not Broken

You want to make a change, but everything you've tried so far has stalled. Maybe the problem lies deeper? This is a book for the go-getters who feel empty even after they get the big promotion and the fancy house. The hopeless romantics who always seem to end up with the wrong partner, or who self-sabotage with the right one. The chronic procrastinators who feel their stomach tense up every time they buy a new planner. This is a book for you. Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey, chances are, somewhere along the way you picked up some deeply rooted habits or thought patterns that are lurking in your subconscious, holding you back. This book can help. You are NOT Broken offers a lot of the same benefits as one-on-one work with a hypnotherapist-even if you're not ready to get quite that vulnerable with someone yet. Blending serious neuroscience with gentle, self-paced exploration and exercises, this book will show you how to: ¿Identify when and where in your developmental journey you might've missed key subconscious lessons. ¿Root out the inner voices that are reinforcing old, unneeded ideas. ¿Retrain your brain to work with you toward your goals rather than keep you stuck on those outmoded patterns. As a certified hypnotherapist and transformational coach, not to mention an instructor in yoga, Pilates, and meditation, Sara Raymond is more than qualified to guide you through learning to embrace your inner landscape, with patience and careful attention. So what are you waiting for? Start moving toward your best life today!
