John-Paul Byrne Stop

Are you unhappy with your life? Do you find yourself stuck in a rut? Maybe you find yourself wishing for something more? Do you feel that life has dealt you an unlucky hand or that your current reality is simply not your fault? It's OK, you are not alone. Millions of people feel trapped in their current situation, unable to create lasting change in their life or have the success they say they want. Maybe you have attempted to move forward with best laid plans and yet fall right back into your old life all too quickly? "STOP: Get Ready To Re-Invent Yourself, How To Prepare Yourself For Lasting Life Change", is written exactly for You. What most people do not realise is that the change they think they want, is not going to magically happen. It will not come from winning the lottery, meeting that beautiful woman, having that big house, getting that pay rise or any other external act from the universe which so many helplessly wait for. Most people never find courage to change their situation. Worse still, they are surrounded with people who are experiencing the same reality. They are trapped in unhealthy environments, often addicted to the same vices of bad diet, TV, porn, grumbling and poison negative emotions whilst destroying their health. Many beautiful souls have lost their spark, submitting to a sense of drudgery and victimhood that secures them a lifetime of discontent. Bronnie Ware, a nurse who cared for terminally ill patients, wrote about the #1 thing people say when they are dying. She revealed they said: "I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me". So, will you be another statistic of the graveyard of "could haves", "should haves" and "why did I nots"? Before you run out the front door, quit your job, leave your unhappy relationship or sail off into the sunset, there is a kicker: You must prepare yourself for lasting change, otherwise you will keep falling back to where you find yourself right now. This is the first book in the three-part series: "STOP. START. RE-INVENT: How To Re-Invent Yourself & Create Lasting Change In Your Life". John-Paul Byrne, the author, had problems, past trauma, and good things in his life. He was unhappy and frustrated that his life never seemed to change. He found himself trapped in bad habits, a shitty mindset and repeating the same patterns of behaviour, while getting more tired and older. From a place of depression, he decided to look back at the events in his life where he had unknowingly created lasting change. Through his writings on personal re-invention in this three-part series, he reveals how he re-invented his life, changed his environment, his mindset, his wealth, the value he brings to the world and how you can too. He became an international speaker, worked with global thought leaders, won awards and began to help others. In this book, he shares with you his strategies, techniques and the self-talk which enabled him to create lasting change, discover himself, his soul purpose and a love for writing. This is not a book about starting a business or how to achieve wealth and recognition, although these things could be a natural side effect of reading it and other books in the series. Neither is it a self-development book that preaches advice that the author has no experience or evidence of implementing. "STOP: Get Ready To Re-Invent Yourself " is very different. It is a step-by-step, easy-to-follow guide to prepare you for lasting life change. You are going to learn how to STOP and evaluate who You are and your current reality. The second book in this series, "START: Begin Your Personal Re-Invention Today" takes you on the next stage of your journey AFTER you have done the necessary groundwork revealed in this first book. John-Paul writes with vulnerability and openness, revealing his own journey, mistakes
