Olivier Girard The Posture Manual

Remember the last time your back or neck was in pain? I'm pretty sure that you don't want this to happen again... THE POSTURE MANUAL's simplified yet pedagogic approach is designed to empower you, so that you don't ever need a therapist to help you fix your posture again! I know what you're thinking: "I have heard this all before, stand up straight, bend your knees to lift, etc." Give me a few minutes, and soon you will realize why most of the advice you very commonly hear actually damages your body. I have been there too, and I know how difficult and expensive it can seem at first... BUT once we realize that most of our aches and pains are cumulatively exacerbated through our habits, the solution becomes clear. Improving our behavior, correcting our posture and, as far as realistically possible, changing our environment become the key variables for fixing our health. Since 2004, the thousands of people that I have advised have in turn helped me design a universal, powerful and didactic framework called the 3 Rules of Posture. They will make biomechanics simple, enjoyable and universal: they apply to us all, whether at work, home and even while at your hobbies. Let me bring you back to the fundamentals of posture and body awareness, and soon you will need neither a monthly chiropractor visit nor any expensive gadgets.
