Heather Petersen Adult ADHD & Autism: A few things I've learned~

Are you a woman who has been wondering whether you could have ADHD or autism? Have you felt different all your life and could never understand why? If so, this book could help you feel not so alone. Both ADHD and ASD are extremely underdiagnosed in girls and women. Not enough research has been done and we are just barely starting to change that. And not only that, but most of the information there is out there is being presented by neurotypical adults! What's inside? This book is written by me, about my actual experiences. I am neurodivergent and I allowed myself to be real while writing this. The humor and the pain is all real! You will see how I perceived the world when I was a young girl all the way to adulthood. It shows you how confusing life can be when no one understands you and vice versa.I give you some tips on things that I have learned so far, to help you decide if you should look into your own possible diagnoses yourself. You'll see how differently a person with autism (and ADHD) could view the world and outside surroundings. Hopefully this can bring about understanding. This book is a very short version of a life with ADHD and autism. You won't need to worry about keeping your attention for too long to read it and it won't drain your energy. It may help you feel less alone and know that you are ok! It is important that these things are brought out for us to talk about. We need to build more community and a safe place to let our masks down. We need more research and we just need to do better all around. If you agree, click the buy button above and I will see you inside my story!
