Lao zi og Vitaly Filbert Dao De Jing

This is not a traditional commentary on the Dao De Jing. It is not academic, nor historical, nor philosophical in the usual sense. This book is a companion for those walking the inner path- a guide to the quiet work of Neidan, or inner alchemy. Each chapter of the Dao De Jing is explored through the lens of Daoist cultivation, drawing out its deeper meaning as it applies to body, energy, heart-mind, and spirit. Rather than focusing on outward moral teachings or abstract theory, this book follows the hidden thread of transformation- how the ancient words point toward stillness, softness, and the return to what is natural and whole within you. You will find: - Detailed Neidan (inner alchemy) readings rooted in classical Daoist cultivation - Line-by-line breakdowns that unpack each verse's layers of paradox, imagery, and insight - A balance of poetic reflection and practical depth - Explorations of Doing that returns to Non-Doing, and of emptiness that gives rise to power Whether you're drawn to the Dao De Jing as poetry, as philosophy, or as a guide for inner transformation, this book offers something rare: a bridge between timeless depth and everyday clarity.
