Ticus Poetry The Final Pause

This is Ticus Poetry's second book, following "What's Left of Me."The final pause dives into the minds and final moments of a suicidal person, exposing the vulnerable side no one dares to talk about. This book does not sugarcoat the reality of suicide. It speaks boldly from the perspective of those who endure the silent torment, highlighting the raw pain they carry alone. every poem is a window to their struggles, written with honesty and vulnerability to shed light on what often goes unnoticed or unspoken. This is a journey to understand their pain, break down the stigma surrounding mental health and open up conversations about the importance of support to those who feel like living is no longer an option. "In those last seven minutes, Before the final choice becomes your fate, Listen to the voice that whispers "Not yet. Not today. Not like this." Fight for the life you didn't think you deserved, Trust me, you'll be fighting to live again." ~the final pause
