Nicki Iversen EYES OF SAPPHIRE

Eyes of Sapphire Book One in the Sapphire Saga series END OF A PEOPLE It has been ten years since the Hour of the Moon. The wood elves of Ellardice have lost not just their sorcery, but something far more precious: The ability to create life. As their race faces extinction, war brews across Induain's Peninsula, and the only hope for salvation lies in the mythical sapphire eyes. But for Thomas Bennett, a simple hunter's son from Pendletown, life has been peaceful. That is, until tragedy strikes, forcing him on a journey with his father's old friend, Benjamin Grant. As Thomas struggles to navigate the responsibilities thrust upon him when he learns he may be far more than a humble hunter's son, Ben uncovers a plot that threatens to bring disaster to the capital of Tribleport and its ruling Lamón family. Follow the two protagonists as they face challenges on their separate journeys, while the forces of Scinta's Gate loom in the east and creeps in the countryside. The Sapphire Saga is a tale of self-discovery in a harsh, medieval world, where sorcery is rare, and death is common. Elf and man will clash in battles that sever the line between good and evil in this struggle of sword and sorcery.
