Eryn Hawk Luca

Luca Haryk is ridiculously happy and in love-an easy feat with an adoring soulmate by his side. Despite his anxieties over his new position, he's found a home in the Otherworld and has everything anyone could ever dream of. So why does he still feel like a puzzle with a missing piece? When a secret door appears in the palace library, hiding old documents that may belong to his dad, he's suspicious, but he also can't help following the clues. For twenty-seven years, Luca has wondered about the guy his mom refused to talk about, and has questioned whether there's more to himself than he was made to believe. He doesn't know if he'll find exactly what he seeks, but he can no longer ignore his need for answers. What is that proverb about a cat and curiosity? Cair will do anything for his mate. He is his heart, his world, and nothing matters more than Luca's contentment. Therefore, the moment the determined little creature finds breadcrumbs leading to the lands outside the Kingdom's borders, he doesn't think twice about indulging him. Except, when they're set on by a group of reapers, Cair is reminded of how mortal his human is, and he doubts intention alone will be enough to keep him safe. He would tear the realm apart to protect Luca, but there has to be a more peaceful way. Is being a prince of the Fae really the path fate has laid out for him? Their trip to the Outerlands isn't as simple as they had hoped. There are dangers lurking in the shadows, and outside forces rooting against them, but together they can overcome it all and figure out a way to keep their happily ever after. Can't they? LUCA is an MM paranormal romance with spice, size difference, and soulmates. It features our loveable, oblivious human on a journey to find his roots, and his adoring Fae mate who is forced into making a harrowing decision along the way. LUCA is third in the VEILED CITY series, which must be read in order due to the overarching plot and worldbuilding. Each book focuses on its own pair and their HEA, though certain background elements will be resolved as the series progresses.
