Chaitanya Darshan Mudra

Mudras have been widely discussed and explored across various traditions, spanning health and wellbeing, physical yoga, and meditation. Numerous versions and interpretations exist, reflecting the diversity of perspectives on these ancient practices. Given this abundance of variation, it was essential to present the mudras as they appear in the ancient texts of Tantra, ensuring authenticity and preserving their original significance. In this book, we share the mudras as taught by Sri Yaju, also known as Chaitanya Yogeshji, whose knowledge arises from direct personal experience. He offers profound insights into Tantra and Shaivism, emphasising experiential wisdom over conceptual understanding. His teachings encourage seekers to engage with these ancient techniques first-hand, enabling them to access their true power and transformative potential.
