Dhonden The Tibetan Book of Happiness

The Tibetan Book of Happiness shows how Tibetan Buddhism's teachings on mind and mental factors may be easily understood and practically applied in a present-day context for the happiness of all people, Buddhist or not. The first book from Rinpoche, it is also, in effect, an announcement of the Academy he will be founding and an invitation to deeper study and practice for hundreds of people worldwide who Rinpoche has reached through his teachings. 'Such a sanctuary exists within all of us, ' says The Tibetan Book of Happiness! It is our most precious treasure, hidden within, more valuable than a billion Kohinoor diamonds. Rest assured that it is not just wishful thinking or mere fantasy, but an empirical reality that can be proved, based on experience and wisdom. The time has come to unveil it for the benefit of all! In Author's up-beat, up-to-date manner he guides through major facets of the teachings on mind, mental factors and mind-training, and gives practical meditation instruction for reaching the fundamental nature of mind, expanding positivity, and eliminating all negativity.
