In the Valley of Hearts, you will meet the wise Chief Eaglefeather. In this and the next books in this powerful book series he will teach you and your child to tend to your inner fire, cleanse your energy, find grounding and fly higher. Through meditations you will gain a much stronger connection and understanding of the four elements: Fire, water, earth, and air within and around us. Chief Eaglefeather will teach you how to connect to nature and find balance by mirroring the four elements in their natural environment in nature. We are nature and have much to relearn about our inner nature and connection to our outer nature. With their busy everyday schedules and activity children today are overloaded. The high arousal makes It hard to wind down. By cleansing our energy at bedtime, it becomes much easier to fall asleep, sleep better and longer.
