Sarah Carter Surely By My Thirties I'd Be There

Surely By My Thirties I'd Be There by Sarah Carter is a poetry collection for anyone who thought life would feel more figured out by now. Your thirties are often painted as the decade where everything finally falls into place. The career, the relationship, the home, the confidence, and the life you always imagined for yourself. But what happens when you get there and realize you are still finding your way? This collection is a companion for the in-between. The unraveling of old expectations, the pressure to keep up, the comparison of your timeline to everyone else's, and the slow, but beautiful work of coming home to yourself. Surely By My Thirties I'd Be There is for those learning that their thirties are not a deadline.
