Lynzie Bailey Building the Bridge Inward Through Meditation

Building the Bridge Inward through Meditation: A guide to the doorway of Divine direction and connection By Lynzie Bailey (author) In Lynzie Bailey's early life, her identity was tied to the physical structure she called "home". Letting go of that "home", she began to see "home" as within herself. She saw that everything that happened to her was perfect and just what should have occurred! She began a meditation practice uniquely her own that put her on a journey inward, building a bridge she could walk over any time to connect with a part of herself she had not known before. Lynzie has written (and now republished with new content) a meditation program for beginners, many of whom have been dissuaded from trying meditation because of strong religious and / or other societal influence. Lynzie found that she was destined to turn that tide. Born out of her own spiritual awakening, this guide will assist you in your evolutionary / revolutionary process so that you, too, can create a meditation practice suited to you. The stepped program in Lynzie's guide includes: - An introduction and a "getting started" tutorial - Eleven recorded downloadable MP3 guided meditations - A journal to capture your personal reflections Listen anywhere you are! Choose from eleven different topics to enhance your connection with your spirit family and facilitate your spiritual growth.
