Michael Hsu You are the F*cking Sh*****t

Heal Your Depression, Anger and Anxiety From the Ground Up This book revolutionizes how you will heal and be free from your negative emotions The first step in unlocking your emotional strength is understanding the following statement, "Problems bring up feelings in us that existed before the problem ever happened." Our feelings often say something negative about us, but it is important to remember they are never true. The F.I.S.T. process described in this book is an emotional toolkit that will teach you how to pull out the weeds (your negative feelings and beliefs) so that they don't overtake your yard (your true self) and control how you feel and think. You will learn to FEEL and to IDENTIFY your feelings, which will allow you to SEPARATE from what does not belong to you, so you can honor the power of your TRUE self. To put it simply, my ultimate goal is to help you embrace and live the most important, the most joyful and the most powerful truth of all: YOU ARE THE FUCKING SHIT My wife has a poor concept of time and when she is late, it makes me angry because it makes me feel that I do not exist. Remember, "Problems bring up feelings in us that existed before the problem ever happened." My wife's late behavior only brings up the feeling in me that I do not exist which existed before I even met her. The feeling of not existing is not true but I must identify it so it no longer controls how I feel and think. When I was ten years old, I grew up with a mother with severe panic disorder. In the middle of the night she would cry, scream and hyperventilate and then wake me up to comfort her. Four years ago, my wife told me one morning I did not look emotionally well and asked what was wrong. I explained to her way and she told me to not intellectualize it but to feel it. I did not know how so she told me to make a sound out of this feeling. When I did, I started hyperventilating. In that very moment, I knew the pain or "stress" I was always carrying belonged to my mom. She had panic attacks because she feared death. She is a person who is always worried about health and safety because she fears death. She fears death because her greatest fear is to not exist. Are you having trouble with your relationships?
