Masami Yuuki og Osamu Tezuka ATOM: The Beginning

Based on the iconic anime streaming on Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Crunchyroll. Witness the shocking turning point in the prequel to Tezuka’s Astro Boy, where a robot tournament erupts into chaos and Moriya exposes dangerous secrets threatening the future of robotics. As trust fractures and secrets unravel, Volume 14 thrusts our heroes into their most harrowing confrontation yet. When Moriya takes control of a packed robot tournament – holding spectators hostage in a shocking public spectacle – the world is forced to reckon with buried truths. Demand for government accountability roars, while Tenma, Ochanomizu, and A106 race against the clock to stop catastrophe, salvage robotic innocence, and uncover the mystery binding them all. This turning point volume transforms ATOM’s prequel from innovation-driven wonder into a political and ethical battleground. The light of progress is dimmed by conspiracy, raising the stakes for humanity’s relationship with its creations. With every revelation, the line between ally and adversary blurs – even as A106’s heart leads the way. Dark, provocative, and emotionally charged, Volume 14 pushes the series forward into uncharted territory. Perfect for fans of mecha manga where action collides with moral complexity – this is more than robots fighting; it’s a pulse-pounding reckoning with power, responsibility, and the future we build.
