Naomi Loud A Dance Macabre

Welcome to the city of Pravitia. Home to the wicked, depraved, and perverse. Built upon the urges of our deviant desires, and our twisted cravings. Every soul fated to this damned city worships at our altars. Puppets to our fatalistic whims. Six bloodlines, devoted to our darkest proclivities, destined to rule the city in our image, and in our name. Six families bound to us in exchange for absolute dominion and glory. But even gods have favorites and the time has come to usher in a new epoch. Mercy Cr?vecoeur and Wolfgang Vainglory have always been enemies, fueled by centuries-old family quarrels. Their hatred runs deep and if we didn't prohibit it; they'd have already attempted to kill one another. But as much as they want to fight it, even the powerful can't escape fate. While they both believe the city of Pravitia is their birthright and will go to great lengths to gain control, their arrogance and thirst for power will lead them directly on the path of our choosing. To claim their rightful place as rulers of Pravitia, they will need to become a unified team. But what happens when the lines between hate and obsession begin to blur? And to satiate their lustful desires a divine law must be broken. Is this dangerous hunger worth each other's demise? And when will they realize that they have been our puppets all along? *A Dance Macabre is an enemies to lovers, forbidden romance with a magical realism twist.
