You can live a fulfilling life. Maybe you're reading this because you're nervous you're not living your life in alignment with who you are, it's driving you a little bit mad, and you so desperately want to do something about it. You are not mad. I promise you. You are present. You have a vitality inside you and it's itching to express itself, if only you can get out of your way. And you're not alone -- most of us get mentally trapped, weighed down by childhood and societal programming. Getting out of your way means venturing into the unknown. But this isn't enough. Instead, you need a map, a guide, and some idea of where you're going. I had the same trouble as you. Sometimes I still do. But I figured out a way to walk forward with purpose, meaning, and love in my heart. And so I've written my story, in the hope that it helps you, in some small way, get rid of the nervousness, find alignment, and love the life you're living. In this book, you'll discover: How to look into your life and identify those things that drain your energy and cause you anxiety, fear and emotional sufferingHow to get the courage to let go of and release your suffering and self-sabotageHow to discover the things that give you joy, energy, purpose, clarity and connection in lifeThe hidden benefit to taking responsibility for the things that matter to you, and how you're made for connectionHow to create self improvement and change for personal growth to unleash your creativity and genius (for both women and men)How to design your life simply and effectively, and how to take steps to attain itHow to plan a happy life, do more of what you love, and less of what you hateWhy doing is better than learning, depth is better than breadth, and 90% of everything is noise to remove from your lifeWhy lifestyle design is essential to leading a happy, connected, fulfilled lifeHow auditing others expectations of you, journaling, relationship and responsibility, lifestyle design, and putting a piece of your soul into the things you do; will help you stop the self-sabotage, let go of anxiety and emotional suffering, and plan a happy life full of purpose, love, clarity and connection Do any of these sound like you?
