Lia Russ Connecting the Dots : Ancient Wisdom, Modern Science

Connecting the Dots is a book of discoveries that began when the author was nine and unexpectedly healed a horse. Determined to uncover the source of this intuitive experience, Lia Russ spent decades traveling across continents, exploring ancient texts and healing methods, and diving into the intricacies of modern physics. She discovered life-enhancing truths and a deep understanding of the human body, supported by a paradigm that views the world and ourselves as part of a connected life force. This information, viewed through the eyes of a psychic (intuitive, empathic, clairvoyant and clairaudient) searcher becomes connected in many ways never seen before. Her conclusions are surprising, yet logical and based on the information she clearly lays out. Weaving together science and traditional practices, Russ creates a complete transformation manual that bridges these two worlds beautifully. Connecting the Dots can be used to create a life of greater ease ¿and support than many dream possible. Practicing the techniques in this book will improve ¿your relationships (including with yourself). You will begin to understand how you are manifesting ¿unconsciously and therefore not creating the life you desire. You will learn how to identify the internal biological system that picks up and reads vibration or frequency around you, as well as how to work with it. You will be guided in hearing the "sound" of ¿your intuition's voice and develop a relationship with this vital part of yourself, make heart-centered ¿decisions (where you will never experience vacillations) and know for certain if you are in the right place at ¿the right time. You will experience less anxiety as well as fewer dis-eases that result from long-term ¿exposure to anxiety. Things like sleep and eating disorders, addictions of all kinds, low self-esteem and depression all begin to shift as you start befriending your body and the wisdom it will share with you. Learning how to open yourself to nature and recognize connections there will sustain ¿you in consistent, powerful ways. Doing so allows you to turn away from empty calorie (non-nutritive), purchases, and other destructive behaviors that result from being connection starved.
