Rafael Nasser og Robert Peng The Way of Virtue

'When we practice Qigong,' writes Master Robert Peng, 'every day can become a good, high-energy day.' The Way of Virtue offers an accessible introduction to the potent practice of Qigong meditation. This seven-day program of Daoist meditation and chanting offers the opportunity to cultivate a consistent practice and invite profound changes in health and well-being - both physically and emotionally. After an overview of Qigong basics, each day introduces a healing sound - a tone to chant - a meditation, and a subtle physical practice that helps us connect our emotions to the organs in our bodies to release hidden or stagnant energy and recharge our systems with health and vitality. The book explores the challenging emotions of anger, stress, worry, grief, and fear and invites enthusiasm, joy, confidence, forgiveness, and growth. Teaching the organ system and meridian lines, as well as healing sounds and colours, the book helps us change our perception, connect more deeply with ourselves and with nature, and offers tools to revitalise our everyday experience.
