Paramhansa Yogananda Scientific Healing Affirmations

Reprint of Yogananda's 1924 First Edition Scientific Healing Affirmations is a beloved classic book of the great yoga master, Paramhansa Yogananda (1893-1952), author of Autobiography of a Yogi. It is a pioneering work of self-healing and self-transformation, exploring the marvelous power of our mind. An affirmation is a positive statement of truth to which we aspire. Words are crystallized thoughts, and have real power when spoken with concentration. Repeated affirmations work directly on re-programming the subconscious mind, by changing thought patterns and deeply ingrained habits. This 1924 first edition of Scientific Healing Affirmations is faithful to the original writing of Yogananda, with all his depth and wisdom, uniquely and eloquently expressed. In this book, Yogananda explains in simple language how affirmation can transform us-physically, mentally, and spiritually. He then gives us clear instruction in how to practice, and gives us dozens of affirmations to choose from, according to our specific needs.
