Chris Lombard The Horses In Our Stars: A Story of Life, Love, and the Journey Within

WHEN YOU LIVE FROM THE LOVE WITHIN, TRUE FREEDOM REVEALS ITSELF Chris is a horseman, spending his days helping people and their horses to connect with each other. He’s living his dream, and happy for it. Then one day a woman he has never met writes an article about him and his horse, Rocky, that forever changes his life. Through the deep connection he feels with the woman and the relationship they enter into, immense challenges arise within Chris that he must find great courage to face. He finds himself in unknown lands, and only by looking to Rocky and the other horses in his life can he find the wisdom and insight to find his way. Stirring and inspiring, The Horses in Our Stars is a deeply honest account of a journey we are all on. The story goes straight to the heart of the love and fear ever-present in our lives, and shows we are truly all in it together. “Chris takes us with him onto the horse’s back and by their side, while showing us that human partnerships parallel horse partnerships, that these relationships require the same commitment and face the same questions and struggles, the same pain and happiness.” — Helen Peppe Internationally recognized photographer and author of Pigs Can’t Swim Chris Lombard lives in Maine.
