Karen Morris Reiki Healing

Reiki is incredibly beautiful, loving and peaceful. It is a form of healing that began in modern times in Japan with Mikao Usui. However, Healing has existing for thousands of years in different parts of the world. Reiki has been passed down for over one hundred years to different teachers and lineages. Some of these teachers have added their own elements, techniques and extra symbols. As a result, there are many variations of Reiki. The discipline of Reiki Healing combines different Reiki schools (and Spiritual Healing) in one single practice as there are basic similarities between all Reiki and Healing Schools - it need not be complicated. This book starts with complete beginners: protection and cleansing, ethics, energy systems and hand positions. The second part is advanced, with additional techniques and information from a variety of Reiki traditions, both old and new. This book can also be a supplement to work alongside any Reiki course (it does not represent any one school - authors views only).www.karenmorris.wordpress.com/booksKaren Morris is a Holistic Therapist, Music Therapist and multi-media journalist from Manchester, UK.She has been practising Reiki, meditation, and Buddhism for nearly 20 years, and has an interest in Angel Healing.
