A charming, easy-to-use journal to help you clear your mind before you go to bed—for a good night’s sleep. Do you often find yourself tossing and turning at bedtime, worrying about stuff that happened during the day or things you need to do? This simple, beautifully illustrated journal helps clear out the stressful thoughts so you can fall asleep, with three simple questions in squares—What was one success you had today? What’s one thing you would’ve liked to have done differently? What’s one goal you’d like to achieve tomorrow?—and one square of checkboxes with the whys for your goal. Weekends are covered in reflective pages that allow you to look back and ahead, and inspiring quotes from famous writers, thinkers, leaders, and entertainers are scattered throughout.
