Deeply validating' Rich and Roxanne Pink (ADHD Love) This elegant hardcover guided journal is a compassionate, wise interactive companion to Now It All Makes Sense , the bestselling guide to living with an ADHD diagnosis from the host of ADHD Chatter, Alex Partridge. In Now It All Makes Sense , Alex Partridge ignited an outpouring of support and recognition from readers who saw themselves in his vulnerabilities, and his journey from shame to strength. Just as in his acclaimed podcast, ADHD Chatter, Alex is wonderful at distilling the essence of what it is to live with ADHD, from parenting with (and for) ADHD, to managing your mental health, your finances and even your shopping list, in a uniquely relatable and unashamedly honest way. This guided journal, for use daily, regularly, or when you remember (!) uses prompts and exercises to help you feel your way towards a place of understanding and self-acceptance. It gives practical takeaways as well as psychological insights, based not only on Alex's lived experience, but also on the expertise of the very many clinicians and experts he has interviewed. Designed to encourage ongoing writing and reflection on your strengths as well as your struggles, this beautifully designed journal will sit alongside you at every step of the journey to remind you that you are not broken, and you were always enough.
