Richard Barrett The New Organisation

The New Organisation is a visionary blueprint for the future of work, leadership, and collective evolution. In a world where outdated systems are crumbling and consciousness is rising, this book offers a powerful new framework for building organisations that are not only structurally sound, but energetically coherent, soul-aligned, and planetarily relevant. Rather than tweaking old models, The New Organisation invites a complete reimagining of how we organise human potential. It explores how frequency-the energetic signature of a system-can become the guiding compass for strategy, culture, and impact. At its core lies a radical question: What becomes possible when organisations are built not around control, hierarchy, or fear, but around resonance, purpose, and wholeness? Drawing on deep insights from systems thinking, developmental psychology, spiritual intelligence, and years of real-world leadership experience, this expanded edition offers: - A map of the inner architecture behind truly regenerative systems - Tools for cultivating conscious leadership and values-aligned cultures - Frameworks for aligning structure with soul, strategy with purpose, and innovation with integrity - Practices for shifting from transaction to transformation, and from extraction to contribution - Guidance for navigating the thresholds of breakdown and breakthrough as part of organisational evolution Each chapter is a transmission of both theory and practice-inviting leaders, change agents, and entrepreneurs to step into their role as architects of the new. Whether you're building a start-up, evolving a legacy institution, or redesigning governance models, The New Organisation is a compass for navigating complexity with clarity, coherence, and soul.
