Jacent Mpalyenkana-Murray Mba Advanced EFT Scripts to Heal and Align The Chakras

The body, like everything in the universe is composed of energy. And Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique) is a method of tapping with the fingertips, on the meridian points located on different parts of the body, while focusing on a particular issue. In this book, advanced EFT techniques are used for the scripts designed to help one tap on each chakra--as the issues that relate to each chakra are explored and the energy around them, regulated and balanced. Take-Aways: The techniques used in the book are detailed, yet simplified to allow ease of use. Anyone will be able to follow the simple instructions to tap and balance their energy. After tapping on each chakra, the chakra's energy will be regulated, and the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption will also be dissolved. When all the seven Chakras are open optimally, this helps the individual to function properly physically, emotionally and spiritually. Other benefits include, but are not limited to: -Reduced anxiety, stress and fear.-Clarity and faith. -Feel unconditional love for the self and others.-Achieve emotional freedom from the negative past. -Speak your truth without fear.-Achieve physical well-being. -Feel grounded, calm and confident.
