Gian J. Quasar The Bermuda Triangle II

After 25 years of silence, the subject of the Bermuda Triangle was spectacularly reborn in 2003 with the author's first book Into the Bermuda Triangle. It not only re-laid the accurate, original foundation, it added dozens upon dozens of new cases-- stunning disappearances happening to the very moment of publication. A pilot was crying out in panic over a "weird object" harassing his aircraft. Deserted vessels found, the last log entry half written and lying by the radar screen, as if the crew went topside to visually confirm something seen approaching on radar, yet only then to vanish. Aircraft vanished while coming in for a landing, in two cases between the glances of eyewitnesses. Now in this volume dozens more of these type of incidents are added to the dossier of the inexplicable Bermuda Triangle. Shipshape derelicts continue to turn up, lifeless except for a pet dog. In one case the helmsman vanished while his friend was below deck. Weak and confusing Maydays are picked up from aircraft before they vanish. Theories need refining. The strange "electronic fog" has been independently reported too many times for its potential to be ignored. Most controversial among the theories is that of alien abduction. Since the earliest days of the UFO phenomenon, flying saucers were seen to come in from the Triangle to prowl over land at night. Returning to the coast at dawn, they regrouped and proceeded back out into the Atlantic or Gulf-- in other words, the Bermuda Triangle. Does the scenario suggest kidnapping by UFOs? Or are they just protecting their own home on Earth? Only one man has dedicated himself to uncovering every clue-- the "man with the unlikely name." In this highly anticipated installment on the Bermuda Triangle, Gian Quasar brings more meticulous data. His investigative talent has made him a luminary in the True Crime genre, but here he comes back to the sensational mysteries that earned him the moniker "the real life Kolchak." Among his honors, one of his books ( They Flew into Oblivion ) inspired a Resolution in Congress. The author has become inexorably linked with the subject. By the shear volume of documentation alone, he has proved the mystery. In doing so he has removed the 'Devil's Sea' from the paranormal fringe. Now it is time to take yet another step toward its solution. Those who wade into this volume will become saturated with hundreds of chilling cases, each one providing more clues to help solve the world's greatest mystery.
