Welcome back to Sherwood Forest... From the Reginetta Press Classics Restoration Program come the Tales of Robin Hood by Alexandre Dumas. Available in print and e-formats, Dumas' delightful retellings of a beloved old story come to life, for 21st Century readers. Virtually inaccessible in English, these two texts are edited and corrected by the Reginetta Press, to sweep readers back to sunny Sherwood. Ride with the forever-young heroes and heroines of Robin Hood's merrie band, and adventure into legend. In this first volume, The P rince of Thieves , Alexandre Dumas relates his own unique version of Robin Hood's origins and upbringing, how Robin was robbed of his heritage, how Robin becomes acquainted with Marian, Little John, Friar Tuck, and the Merrie Men, and the events leading up to Robin Hood's life as an outlaw. Alfred Allinson's translation lends enchantingly antique wording, transporting us to the charm of a Sherwood Forest of former, fanciful days. Look next for Robin Hood the Outlaw .
