Penny Kelly The Evolving Human: A True Story of Awakened Kundalini

This is a true story of awakening kundalini and the massive transformations it generates in the body/mind system. Kundalini is an old Eastern term for the awakening of unlimited consciousness. A full kundalini awakening doesn't just dip you into a wider reality, it is a wholesale dive into the river of unlimited, multi-dimensional consciousness and the true nature of reality. Once in that river, you must swim for your life with everything you've got. Those who drown don't die, they end up in institutions labeled with psychosis. Author Penny Kelly struggles mightily to cope with the changes in consciousness which include gifts such as clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition, travel out of the body, and a host of other abilities, none of which are familiar to her. However, these gifts are not the only problem. There are frightening changes in the body that include experiences of great heat and pressure, and an inability to sleep or to turn off the constant consciousness. Gradually, as she learns to manage an entirely new kind of consciousness, it becomes clear that this is the path that unfolds human potential and carries us along an evolutionary trajectory to power, wisdom, and joy. Writes Kelly, "Stories of 'the gods' are not myths or fanciful imaginings. The gods were human beings who unfolded their consciousness and reached the full potential that is built into the human energy system...We are designed to evolve physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We are like an acorn waiting for the right conditions to unfold into a great oak tree." This is the gripping story of one woman's unfolding and the amazing results in both body and mind.
