Yolande Hyde Soul Evolution - a Yogic Guide to the First Six Weeks After Birth

Soul Evolution maps the important foundational stones for conscious parenting. The first 6 weeks of motherhood are one of the most tender we will experience in the human journey. A heart-rendering, physical, spiritual and emotional earthquake that changes our lives forever, yet is largely missing from the modern birth narrative. This book gives you permission to fall deeply in love with the journey of parenting through a dedicated post-natal yoga and personal inquiry practice designed to empower, unwind and decompress the body from the work of birth, while nurturing confidence and trust in the emerging role as parent. Rich with spirituality, folklore and nature's wisdom, this book is thoughtfully curated, the perfect gift for new mothers, and a testament to the pilgrimage of parenting as a sacred journey. A spiritual offering that holds up the potential of the early weeks post-birth as a once-in-a-lifetime evolutionary opportunity.
