Deepak Chopra Q&A a Day for Enlightenment

Explore the transformative powers of mindfulness and self-reflection in this three-year journal from New York Times bestselling author Deepak Chopra, the founding father of meditation in America. In the same format as Potter's hugely successful Q&A a Day journal Q&A a Day for Everyday Enlightenment presents 365 searching, thoughtful questions from Deepak Chopra that draw from his deep resource of mindfulness practices. The topics range from emotional to physical and spiritual: What are you experiencing emotionally in the present moment? Observe your breath. How are you breathing? Deep? Short? Relaxed? Fast? How can you bring light and love into the world? Each page has three spaces under the prompt for responding--one for each succeeding year. As you respond to daily prompts over three years, you can chart emotional, physical, and spiritual growth and gain self-knowledge. Start at any point in the year. When you are finished, begin again on day one using the next space on the page. As the years go by, you'll notice how your answers change (or don't). These thoughtful questions have been developed to encourage you to look inside, dig down deep, and explore what makes you you .
