F. B. Meyer Our Daily Walk

Our Daily Walk is an exceptional collection of 366 Bible readings, one for every day of the Christian year. These discussions encourage the reader to be mindful of virtue and the essential teachings of the Bible scripture. For decades, F. B. Meyer delivered lectures and sermons regarding matters important to the congregation. Speaking with those who attended his talks, he gained a good impression of what the Christian believer was concerned about, and what they required for spiritual nourishment in their day-to-day lives. This convenient book represents the sum of Meyer's years of Bible study and preaching; a collection of poignant passages chosen for their ability to inspire those in need of advice or motivation. Our Daily Walk draws on both the New and Old Testaments of the Bible, with many of a given day's discussions referencing multiple books to crystallize the lessons in the reader's mind. Each thought is aptly concluded with a prayer that the reader can keep in mind throughout a day's trials.
