Sally Thorne 99% Mine

"99% Mine" by Sally Thorne is a charming and cheeky romantic comedy about a pair of twins who inherit a house together and their extremely attractive friend only adds more drama to the situation. Darcy Barrett has met the perfect man and his name is Tom Valeska. As a well-known photographer she has traveled the globe for work, but nowhere on her travels has she met a man who was a more perfect prospective partner than Tom. Tom is her twin brother Jamie's very best friend and has been a part of their lives since they were 8. Sadly, even though Darcy has had a major crush on Tom since she was a child, Tom has never seemed to reciprocate her feelings. It honestly seems as if he is purposefully ignoring her most of the time. When Darcy and Jamie inherit a decrepit cottage from their grandmother, they are obliged to follow her dying wish: restore the cottage to its former glory. What happens after is up to them, but Darcy is certainly ready to sell the property as soon as possible. Jamie recruits the recently single Tom to help them in restoring and flipping the house, and soon Darcy is forced to spend every day in close quarters with the man of her dream - sweating sexily, wearing tight t-shirts and using power tools. Maybe now is the perfect time for Darcy to make Tom pay attention to her once and for all. "99% Mine" by Sally Thorne is written by the bestselling author of "The Hating Game" and is just as entertaining and funny a read.
