Eva Glyn The Dubrovnik Book Club

In a tiny bookshop, in the historic Dubrovnik Old Town, a book club begins... Newly arrived from the UK, Claire starts the book club at the suggestion of her grandmother and invites her cousin Vedran – still reeling from the disappearance of his girlfriend – her employee Luna, and other local ex-pats, like Karmela, a professor originally from Sarajevo, to join her in broadening their literary horizons. But when their first book club pick – an engrossing cosy crime – inspires them to embark upon an investigation into what might have really happened the day Vedran’s girlfriend disappeared, the newfound compatriots quickly learn the value – and necessity – of keeping their new found friends close...
