Start at the inner corner and brush upwards in short strokes to lift the hairs at the root. Then, follow the natural arch and extend towards the tail of the brow to guide the hairs into place. The quick-drying, lightweight formula provides an invisible hold that lasts all day without stiffness or residue. As a finishing touch:Use after your eyebrow pencil to lock in the color and structure. First, fill in and shape your brows as desired. Then, glide the gel through the hairs to seal pigment, prevent smudging, and maintain definition.
