Unlike traditional matte formulas that can be dry and difficult to work with, Natasha’s matte formulas are non-patchy, highly buildable and blend flawlessly. How to Use: BRUSH APPLICATION: Apply with a soft, fluffy eyeshadow brush using swiping motions, and then blend to diffuse.Use lightest shades to brighten the inner corners of the eye (1), the eyelids (2) and the brow bones (1).
